I took a wild mushroom identification class which lasted several hours and included a hike to the woods to learn to forage. This has been something I’ve really wanted to do for years. I learned a ton and feel much more confident in my ability to identify wild edible mushrooms. Another bonus to the class was being able to safely taste different mushrooms cooked by a chef knowledgable about food allergies and celiac. This morel mushroom potato soup was to die for!
